Dear Home Owners,
Spring is upon us.
It is time again for you fill out your annual Fire Safety Equipment
Report and return it to the Homeowners Association. This year the Board of Directors will not be waiving any fines
associated with not returning this form to the HOA in a timely manner. This is a requirement from the City of
Denver Fire Department. The form has to
be completed and returned to:

THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
We have included a form for you to fill out and return to
the Homeowners Association. A Fire Safety Equipment Report has been mailed to
you address as well.
Please
note that if the Fire Safety Equipment Report has not been received by the HOA
by June 1st then a $100 fine will be assessed to your account every
month that the form is delinquent.
